Hey all,

I'm hoping someone might have a lead on a part that I'm hoping exists.

I have a Colnago M10 and love it. What I don't love is the overall height of the head tube when the headset cap is installed. I am currently using the small cap (10mm tall) but wish I could get a flush one to lower my stem even more- something like the parts offered by Slam That Stem ( http://metallicpoutine.com/shop/headset ... er-caad10/ )

Does anyone know of any parts that will replace the stock Colnago headset cap?

Thanks in advance!

Would something like this work?

Image

These fit Cane Creek IS bearing applications.

ID-42.1mm, OD-45mm, Inner Depth-2.3mm, Overall Height-4mm making the stack above the bearing 1.7mm. No seal. May need micro shims for proper clearance. Weight 5g.

I made these to accommodate a lower position on my Cervelo, and had a few extra made.

Best of luck,

I guess I'll have to take some measurements this weekend to see if they'll fit. But yes, something like that is exactly for what I'm looking.

PM me if it looks like it'll work. The price is right...free.
