Sorry to be a dumbass but I'm confused over installing a Megaexo BB and crankset. The BB comes with a syringe of grease and the instructions that come with it refer to greasing the bearings. Does this mean I need to remove the seals, grease the bearings, then reassemble before installation, or is this supplied so that I can service the bearings at some point in the future? The bearing does contain a clear white grease currently.

Also, is it necesssary to grease the spindle before insertion?
