I am guessing your Spec Ergo Alloy bars weight a bit. Mind did (granted they were 2010 Spec. Comb bars) and they came in at 300g. Your saddle is also probably around 265g. Switch those 2 to carbon and you could lose about 225g (1/2 lb right there). You didn't mention your tires or tubes, but OEM ones that come with the bike can be quite heavy. You could probably lose another 200g just in that area alone if they are indeed OEM. That's nearly 1lb.

Wheels would be the obvious starting point. Rival is pretty light considering but still ~ 0.7lbs more than Red. I don't know about the S300 crankset or how much that weighs but you could potentially lose some grams going to a Red or Force crank. Those older models of both lines are on closeout all over the web and could be had for ~$200 or less.
