They have to....a shame they will piggyback on Shimano again and require us all to upgrade our wheels to get to 11.

Wonder how much is actually changed from the 2012?

Looks like Force will get 11 also.

Cassette, shifters, rear derailleur...maybe chain?

I think there is quite a bit of thruth in it. Sram uses two chain rings up front with 11 cogs that makes 22 speeds. On top of that it is already being used in the pro tour by certain riders.

So super naive question. . .I've never used hydraulic brakes. Is there that much of a performance upgrade over cables with hydraulics, other than the initial cable stretch? Same with potential hydraulic shifting? I can't imagine the system would be any lighter, either.
