FSA Wing Pro Compact Handlebar alternatives?

My search for a new handle bar has for several reasons taken much longer than needed. Any way I really like the FSA Wing Pro. Is there anything else with similar specs I should look at:

DESCRIPTION & MATERIALS
• Newest-generation ‘Compact Design’ for improved
reach and performance
• Double-butted, tapered and shot-peened AL7050
• New 34mm Aero-Ergo fl at top
• Wide 21mm center section for clip-ons and accessories
SIZES
• 125mm drop, 80mm reach
• 4° outward bend

WEIGHT
• 285 g (400mm)

I like the flat top that is not too big as I do not have the biggest hands. Like the shallow drop and short reach even though the reach could be a little shorter. Weight is not bad for an alu bar but not weightweenie light of course.

How about the Zipp SSR (super short reach) series?

Why change to another shape if you like the one you have?

I throw in Deda RHM. Somewhat roomier than your FSA. Comes in different weights, materials, bar top shapes, clamp sizes, names, and prices.

I used the same FSA but wanted a Ritchey bar to match the stem when I got my new Canyon so have the FSA on my winter bike now and use a Ritchey WCS Curve now. Not the Evocurve they do but the bog standard curve. Weight wise it came in at 238g compared to 280 odd for the FSA so a bit lighter.

Whatever you do get, I think FSA size bars differently so bear that in mind, I have a 42 in the FSA and a 40 in the Ritchey.

My vote goes to the Cinelli Vai Palm if you can find one. Seems to have stopped being made.
Flat top, 70mm reach, traditional bend, 133mm drop.
Only trouble is its a pig. 331g for 44cm and 321g for 42cm.

Definitely Ritchey WCS Curve.

I have both of them FSA and Ritchey.

238g is a very good weight for an alloy bar and I would definitely plumb for the WCS Evo Curve. I use a non-WCS one in 40cm.
I am however searching for a 38cm alloy and my options are 3T and FSA in weight weenies order (confirmed weights welcomed!). Deda and Zipp are not really options as they have neither the flat nor the flare.
Not quite keeping to the subject, sorry. In there a need to start another thread on narrow bars?

Another vote for the WCS Evo Curve - additional bonus is that it provides easy reach for those with small hands with Campagnolo shifters.

The Deda Zero 100 (RHM bend) comes as narrow as 40 cm outside-outside, has a flattened top, and claimed weight is 248 g for a 42 (O-O). Doesn't flare, but in my experience that's not needed with the RHM bar shape unless you want them to be even narrower at the hoods.

Sorry for giving momentum to the tangent trajectory.

Thanks Kjetil. I didn't realise the Zero100 had a flat top too, but yes I like that having a flare means it's narrower at the top, and yes that means it's still ruled out.

That figures. I'm completely in love with the RHM bend so I push it on everyone...
My wife uses the Deda RHM 01 at 38cm O-O. It's round top, but I've "flattened" it slightly by running both cables high at the front.
Coincidently that's the same bar and width that your fellow Aussie Adam Hansen uses.

Ritchey WCS Curve is not the same as Ritchey WCS Evo Curve!

Ritchey WCS Curve is similar (drop, reach) to FSA Wing Pro...

The nice part of the FSA wing pro compact in my view is actually the drop shape and the outward sweep while remaining reall stiff. A lot of the other options don't have the same sweep.

If you want the same shape but lighter just get a K-force compact.

I love my Williams Maxim bar. The drop shape is the closest to FSA's shape I have experienced. It also has a lovely weight of 237 grams (42).

Which Ritchey model has the sweep? Get so confused with their nomenclature. But beware Ritchey measures from hoods and FSA from bar ends so the Ritchey comes out 2cm wider almost.
