Hongfu and dengu both sell on alibaba. I got my new frame from them, and its excellent quality. Its weird that the chinese guy a few posts above says "you dont know our culture, dont buy anything from china! " when I had a great experience, dozens others have had great experiences, and 90% of all carbon products are made from a few chinese factories . The site will tell you if they are a gold / trusted seller.

+1 I took my recently purchased Hongfu frame to a friend with frame building background. He stated that the frame is of good quality and that there were only some minor imperfections (cosmetic) on the weave. Can recommend.
