I am looking for a 12-27 cassette to replace my worn DA cassette. It appears there are no 6700 Ultegra w/that ratio.

Is there anything out there that works (aside from DA and 5700 105)?

If you were most interested in the ultegra, get the 105. Practically the same weight (possibly some ratios are LIGHTER), difference is mostly in the finish. Use a 6700 lockring if you have one for the same small cog, as it is aluminum.

I was most interested in DA. But I am not too motivated at the price, hence why I was looking at Ultegra. Can you get separate Ultegra upper range cogs (with top range of 27)?

3 minutes of searching provides 5 options:
DA 7900, 105, Sram PG1050, Sram PG1070 and KCNC.
Apparently 105 is basically ultegra with a shiny finish and 2g heavier lockring.
