I am currently riding Sram Red with a Mid-Compact. I use an 11-25 cassette, but I was wondering if going to an 11-23 cassette would be a good option? Would it be an huge noticeable difference? I need input before the next few days.
Thank You

If you never find that your cadence drops below 80 on hills your gearing may be too generous in which case ditch the 25. Otherwise why change?

what are you trying to accomplish? have you noticed a gap in the gearing that the 11-23 will resolve? there are too many questions here that need answering before anyone can say "yes" or "no".
