This topic is probably a ST regular, but... I am upgrading my shoes and pedals and debating which way to go. Speedplay vs. Look on the pedals and weighing power transfer vs. weight on the shoes. What do you all recommend? How much does weight matter? Is stack height really important? Strong brand preferences? Are there really significant aero implications re pedal choice? Any info and suggestions are appreciated.
