I had a question about reading a Parlee serial number:

How do you confirm the make?

Here is an example:

PCZ08B3C199

I am assuming the following:
Z08 - means built in 2008
B3 - means model Z3
C - means custom
199 - the 199 frame made that year (could be total, Z3 model, or # of customs)

That is a custom Z3 circa 2008, correct. Email me at tom@parleecycles.com if you are in need of more in-depth information on that particular frame set.
