Hey guys,
I have a question regarding BB compatibility, because I want to change my crankset from a Dura Ace DA 9000 crankset to a Power2Max FSA K-Force Light (the MegaExo one, not the BB386EVO) crankset.
I have an S-Works Tarmac 2016 (OSBB) and currently run a Dura Ace DA 9000 crankset. The frame came with adapters which I used to fit the DA cranks. Can I just replace the crankset with the new FSA K-Force Light crankset from Power2Max? Will the BB measurements be the same for both cranksets?
Please help me out with this!
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Flo

Thanks for your answer. I read the technical specs on the website and I googled it too, and most of the results that I got, said, that the are interchangeable. But still, I wanted to ask if it's 100% working.
And I'm not sure how it is working with those adapters from Specialized, that I use. I only find results for Shimano BBs and MegaExo BBs, but I'm not sure if those adapters are the same.
So that's why I was asking the question. I know the axle diameter is 24mm for both, but I'm not sure about the width of the crankset.

You didn't mention what BB adapter your using but if for example it was Wheels manufacturing adapter for OSBB like this-
http://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-brackets/sp ... black.html
you would then also use their BB/PF30 UNIVERSAL ADAPTER FOR 24MM SPINDLE CRANKS (SHIMANO, FSA, ETC.)
http://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-brackets/pf ... a-etc.html
Maybe you might have to play around with spacers/shims but the crank should fit.

Ok, thanks for your answer. I'm using the adapters that come with the Tarmac frame, which I think are these: http://www.bikeparts.com/pimage/BPC364502.jpg
The tarmac has an OSBB bottom bracket and with these adapters I fitted a Shimano Dura Ace DA 9000 crankset into the frame and it works very smooth and without any problems. All I need to know is, if someone has fitted a FSA carbon crankset with MegaExo axle into a bottom bracket that works for a Shimano crankset without any problems. And if any adaptions (spacer, etc) are necessary for installation.
