I'd be surprised if anyone has ridden all three but these are what I have narrowed down based on price and geometry.

Trek 3.5 (try to get a 2012 red black for £1500)
Specialized Tarmac 2013 (£1200)
Cannondale SuperSix Tiagra £1600.

Finishing kit is not really an issue. I am buying just for frame forks etc as my existing groupset and wheels will go on.
