Hello,

I bought a pair of carbon Remerx Saw tubular 38 rim wheels last winter.
The rear wheel was not trued correctly so I asked my local service for help.
They told me it is not possible to repair because the rim is uneven and proposed me to contact the manufacturer for replacement.
I was really shocked when Remerx rejected my warranty claim as the wheel complies to their standards.
They also claimed that IT WILL MAKE BETTER WHEN I START RIDING IT.
The wheel wobbled +- 1mm - I was not able almost to adjust my rear break.
I did 2 races on these wheels last week and I was really surprised that Remerx was right - the rear wheel is almost OK now.
Almost no wobble on the rim and also the spoke tension looks fine.
I thought that carbon material cannot not change its shape over time - and local mechanic also confirmed this.
Do anybody have a clue what happened with this rim ?
