Anyhow, I was wondering if this new brakes officially named "CB4 Hill Set"
will fit 25mm tires(Conti gp4000s)? Can you conclude anything based on the picture link?

25mm GP4000s are 27mm wide on the 23mm rims, 19mm rims about claimed width.
So there should be enough clearance to let the tire go through the pads.
