There are a number of people who make these. Many, in fact.

Here is one, but he is in Slovenia.

In Germany, contact Nordischer-Rahmenbau, for example. You can also check the German "Light-Bikes" forum for resources. There's some magic happening over there, too.

I know that first thread is about 2 years old but Berk is still working his magic and grown up quite a bit (reading the entire thread will give you a lot of insight but will also take quite a while!).

Definitely lots of them out there for sure!
