For the lockring, any specialized dealer in the world, as well as any Cannondale dealer as the SiSL lockring fits. As far as the wavy washer, if there is even one shop in any industrialized country that doesn't have a pile of them in some drawer by now, I'd be amazed.

Funny: I just bought the Park BBT-18 tool which is for the lock ring for my Lightning crank, which I believe is the same.

That's for the spider lockring, or the BB lockring?

The MTB version of the crank requires the use of the wavy washer on the non-drive side.

The road version does not use the wavy washer.

The Lightning lockring is different from the Specialized one. I had a lightning tool that was not compatible with my specialized crankset, though I suppose I could have switched to the lightning lockring.

Whoops. I think I just bought the wrong tool, then :).

My Lightning crank didn't come with a tool....

I got the locking ring from a Spec dealer LBS. Free under warranty for a bike that definitely was not. Service!
