Hello All,

This is my first post. I've been bitten by the weight weenie bug & I'm after some help with a build.

I bought a BH Ultralight frame which I'm building up with SRAM Red 2013 groupset, FSA K-Force Seatpost & Stem, Fizik Antares 00, HED Ardennes SL & HED Carbon bars. My budget has blown out a bit so I have to wait for a bit before I get a BB386EVO crank. I've got a SRAM Red 1st gen crank for now...

The problem I have is that the frame came without any build instructions or specs. I would really like to know some torque values, particularly for the carbon headset race & the seatpost bolt. I'd hate to damage the frame during the build!!

I've tried to contact the Australian distributor & BH in Spain, but without any luck.

Can anyone help me?

Carbon assembly paste and 4-6nm for seatpost and stems.
