Going O/T here, but does that mean its Peter Denk's fault that Cannondale are still having major issues with frames cracking?

Indeed, Storck uses higher forks. This explaines the short headtube. I ride a size 63 and have a short torso and the bike fits like a glove. I can't comment on small sizes.

Considering that the "stack" metric accounts for fork lengths, they are still incredibly long/low bikes.

It depends on setback: small setback and long reach isn't such a long reach.

I move from
Cannondale Caad9 48 with 100mm stem
to
Storck Scenero 47 with 90mm stem
The setting is not exactly the same but very close to [handlebar is a bit higher]. I feel comfortable at the first ride and it fit me well without any issue after riding _ 70 km with 800 m climb.
The handling is superb, very stable [than Caad9 clearly] and lively.
Caad9 is a very good frame but Scenero's giving more relaxing ride. It's fast and responsive.
Thanks.

Saw some comments in this thread about people's reaction to Storck geometry. I rode/raced a Scenario for 2 seasons. It's the best race bike I've ever ridden.

Honestly, I hated the thing for the first couple weeks. The geometry was weird to me. I could barely ride no handed without swerving (and I can do no handed-track stands on geared bikes pretty well).

But then! I got used to it, and started riding it up/down mountains. It climbed fine, but it descended incredibly.
I loved racing on it - aggressive and solid.

Though I haven't ridden any of their newer models, I HIGHLY recommend a Storck if you like a bike that rewards a rider that knows what they're doing. I'd love to throw a leg over one of the newer models.
