Got my new ritchey superlogic components and put them on the weight.
They all weighed about 5g more than expected, but still pretty happy with the actual figures.

Stem, 100mm length - 125g

Handlebar, evo curve 420mm - 202g

Seatpost, 400mm length 31,6 width - 175g

Looks good. Ritchey components are my favorite although I'd probably opt for the slightly less beefy ones.

I love the look of that stem. If I ever get a new carbon frame I will get that stem over the Enve stem. Right now I'm staying all aluminum with my CAAD10.

I'm in the process of building up an Allez E5, right now I just have cheap Easton EA30 parts, but I plan on replacing them with carbon Ritchey. I'm eyeing either the WCS Carbon Curve or the SuperLogic EvoCurve depending on what I can get a better deal on. As for the Stem I think I'm going to go with the WCS Carbon Matrix, I don't need the extra stiffness of the SuperLogic. I think it'd be pretty sweet to have an aluminum bike with a bunch of carbon components.
