Hello,

I haven't got a clue on bearing manufacturers. Can you guys recommend some EU supplier and brands?
Im wanting to upgrade a set of Novatec A291SB/F582SB. Good steel ones or ceramic?

-Thanks,
Fabricio

SKF.

Ceramic doesn't make sense on Novatecs, they are too heavy to start with.

Why do you want to "upgrade" - I'd only change the bearings if the old ones are worn?

If you decide to buy SKF on ebay, just be careful to choose the seller. Because SKF is so famous that there are many republica products appearing.
Or you can try searching NSK, a japanese company.
Certainly if you can find shops selling SKF, igonore me :)

I found Boca sells hybrid ceramic kits specifically for Novatec hubs. Are these bearings good? Even though they are US based...

Yeah, for a set of hubs that cheap, it's not really worth it. As far as bearings go, a lot more of their performance is determined by how the hub is made than people tend to give credit for, so most reputable suppliers will perform similarly to one another. SKF is one among a number of good people.
