Just wondering if there's any suggestions on a compatible HS that would give me lower stack options than the 10mm one on there? (http://ritcheylogic.com/dyn_prodfamily.php?k=501486)

Was tempted to go with Veloflyte or SlamThatStem option, but since most of those are for integrated HS -- I wasn't sure if they would work.

Thoughts?

The Tune Bubu has an upper stack of approx. 5.5mm. That includes the lip of the semi-integrated cup.

Cane creek AER has the lowest stack you can get. I use one on my Trek and it works great .
I do have brand new one for sale if your interested.

Wanted a long lasting HS -- the aer might be too fragile for what I'm looking for

The new model is a lot stronger . Im 84k and hammer around on my 53t chainring including climbing and have no issues what so ever and it's the lightest as well .
