I presume you are referring to the actual factory in Germany because for those of us in the US, since most SRM dealers do not stock the powermeters, SRM USA typically calibrates a new powermeter using a test stand with a weighted length of chain run over the chainring which is quicker than hanging weights off the crank arm.
