so over the last couple of years, i managed to stock up on several forks trying to get my 2010 himod up and running..
1st fork ... matte/bbq black himod fork 2010 with lower race ... 390g
2nd fork ... used with team la grange livery himod fork with lower race, circa 2009, with 5cm cut off the steerer, 335g
3rd fork ... brand new white primered himod , no lower race .. 355g
So it looks like the 2nd fork, even with the race but 5cm less steerer, + a full paint job comes in in at 20g less than a brand new fork. Fork #1 is a full 35g heavier than the unpainted fork.
