Set up looks good. If you're concerned about stem length, look for a shorter reach bar. The one you're running is fairly long in its reach. FSA. and PRO both make good ones. Zipp are my fav. You'll easily save 1cm maybe 2 off that bar

That's generalily a tell tale sign your saddles to narrow. You shouldn't have to nose up a saddle. If you run it level, you most likely feel like you push back on it all the time. Your sit bones are looking for support and the widest part of the saddle is at the back of course. Nosing it up will lock you in that position but closes off your hip angle limiting the ammount of drop you can run
