I want to upgrade my enve 6.7 with dt 240 hubs to shimano 11 speed. I can change the freewheel body to make the upgrade but i want to know if is necessary redish the wheel.

I had a set of Bontrager D3's which is suppose to be 240/180 internals. It was out of dish by 3mm.
