I am in the middle of building a new WW bike.

saddle/post combo looks great but so does the bike.

Why did you not want to run the cables internally anymore?

It just did not work very well. I made the line as straight as possible but the brake would just not bite very well. I tried running some stiff outer tubing through the inside of the top tube but it still would not work very well. You could feel that something inside the top tube " "vacuum bag possible? " was keeping the cable from a perfect straight line. I got very close to getting the internal cable to work on the down tube but no matter what I tried I could not get every gear to work just 1 away. I nearly was going to switch to a 9 speed :) . I would have loved the internal to have worked perfect but weight wise, it is much lighter now and works better with the powercordz I am using.
Ed is very talented and we have some more ideas to try.
