No, but he's my favorite frame builder. There is lot's of chat on Peggers on this site, one chap has two, if you do a search.

Firstly what country are you in?
Secondly when buying a frame and something like a Pegoretti a bike fit would be a good idea
Considering how much they cost
It is true he does standard sizing but when ordering something like this personally I would have the free fitting that comes with a frame of this type
So your nearest Pegoretti seller would be preferable
Unless its impossible for you to go to the store then you will have to take measurements of your existing bike and fill in the form on line on Darios site
The process is straightforward and easy the hard part is the waiting
Just nearly a year for mine but its worth it
i like people... i just can't stand assholes

Thanks for the help.
I live in the uk and quite a good distance from the only dealer that i know of.
I`ve had a bike fit and am really happy with my position a off the peg 51cm is perfect for me.
The waiting time will kill me but it gives me time to gather parts.
Cheers nick

I have a Luigino and love that bike.

I would love to have a Day is Done as well, not in the budget though. :(

i got a marcelo with ciavete paint finish, ordered through the UK dealer and they posted it to me.

timeline: placed order in november 2010. their February 2011 stock order to Dario placed months earlier, did not at that point have paint finalised.

thus i waited about 3 months in total because i took a stock frame, albeit with a custom paint finish.

nick, any particular reason for going direct and not through Mosquito bikes?

The reason for going direct to Dario is to cut out the middle man. I saw a post on here a while ago saying they`de gone direct and and made a good saving.
Also a stock size frame is bang on size wise for me and don`t need a bike fit.
dcj9 I love your bike yours is my bench mark. I hope I can get it looking as good as yours.

I don't think you'll regret it nick. The handling precision and power transfer out of the saddle is quite something. And the paint is just a lovely bonus.
