The Enve tape is similar, that's all we use in the shop.

I use veloplugs on all my wheels, road and MTB and that includes Cosmic Carbonnes

Cant understand why anyone would want to use 20 grams of rim tape that sometimes fails when 6g of veloplugs do the job far better

Should also add the CC's are quite big holes. You'll need the red plugs and just bend out the tabs a little

The yellows are a tight fit and 1g heavier overall. No tape, I just bent out the tabs on the reds a little. As long as you can spin the wheel and they stay put your good

Stick some conti supersonics in there and your saving 65g a rim over the original
