Well its Campgnolo 18h DS and what appears to be 9H NDS although three of them are near the axle and 6 on the outside of the flange. 9/10/11 speed splines by the looks of it. Age unknown.

Any clues.

Looks like it could be a rear hub from a set of Campy Vento from the pics.

Think they changed to that design in 09.

I was surprised that it is over 300g in weight, well over.
