Will Stan's (or anyone's else) tube sealant help prevent flats in a polyurethane inner tube (Panaracer greenlite)? Also approximately how many grams does a one time application add, and how frequently should it be reapplied?

not familiar with that tire...

You'll need approximately 15ml per tyre (wide tyres may need little bit more).
One application will last between 3 to 6 months, depending on temperature.

Stans recommends 59ml for a mtb tire,so based on that I add 40ml of the sealant to my 23c tube.

I use about 30ml for my 23c tube. Its worked for me in standard and latex tubes.

Depending on the size of the puncture...alot can spray out of the tube. Keep rolling till it seals.
