What Alligator cables for Supersix w SRAM red?

At the risk of getting the usual "try searching the forum" reply, can someone tell me EXACTLY what I need to buy to switch over to Alligator cables? I see things like Nokon liners etc etc. but it's all Greek.

I know I need:

Housing
Cable
Liner

I tried to search eBay etc and came up with more options than I knew what to do with.

Also what weight difference has anyone who has switched been able to measure? Am I talking 50 grams?

Last, any suggestions on best price sellers? What should this cost me?

1. Use the search function.
2. The packages include everything you need.
3. Search function -> threads have covered the amount of weight saved. Or you can do a search on standard weights for brake or gear housing and compare to the weights as posted in the threads you've found... you know, when you searched. Those threads have weights in them. Read the threads.
4. Search the internet, eBay, stores. Compare.
