I was wondering if I can use my current FSA K Force Light SRM with a new BB386 frame? If so, what components will I need to make this work?

If your kforce light crank is the mega-exo variety, yes. You will need this
http://www.fullspeedahead.com/products/550/BB386EVO-24-REDUCER--CF
If your crank is the bb30 version, it will not work.
