Recently the board software has been updated and there are some known bugs/failures:
- Avatars are currently not being displayed ✔ FIXED
- Tapatalk connection is currently broken ✔ FIXED
- Avatars cannot be uploaded ✔ FIXED

Please note that we will soon do some changes in WW board template design in case to get a fully mobile/desktop responsiveness board!

Yeah, mines going down to, once I lose all my uper body muscle and get to 55 kilos, then it will be 12.9% of my body weight.

Damn strait my rasal my nazal. I be riding the big 7100g's with my 59 piece. Don't make me pop a cap up in there! Foshizel my rasnizel? 8)

Not a body builder, a power lifter. Weight 59K, bench press 100 K Squat 145K, Dead lift 157K. Not bad eh? I'm ranked in the top 10 nationally for my weight class.

I'd like to keep it, it's nice being strong, but I'm carrying about 15-20 of excess muscle thats hurting my cycling. I'm torn between lossing it and quiting power lifting, but if I did my climbing ability would dramatically improve. Or keep it and be a decent cyclist. Whatever, it's nice being a wolf in sheeps clothing. :)

Hey Franzam, care to give me a traslation?

Buy something new to lose bike weight and you can sell the old heavier stuff. Pity you cannot sell your heavy upper body muscles, cos I'd buy a couple of kg.

Won't help the cycling, but will help me hold down the power kites during the coming season's flying!!!! :shock: :wink: :D

Even if money was no object I could only take 3 lbs off my bike and in reality I can only take half a pound off os my bike stays legal. I just need to lose some weight. :wink:

I too have too much upper body, but sprinters have a large build so maybe we can specialise.
I'm building a bike at the moment and hope it will be 7.5kg. I weight 71kg- 10.5%,

Keep the muscle and work on your CV and VO2 Max. You should still be able to push over the hills with the muscle if you have great strength.

If it was just a few pound I'd agree, but only weighing 134lbs and needing to lose about 15 lbs thats over 10% of my body weight! :shock:

Excuse me, but superlite are yu a dwarf? I mean 59k? I know a guy who is your weight and he looks like he just escaped of Auschwitz or Gauntanamo bay.
Anyway weight means nothing in comparism to other riders. All what counts is Vo2 max and the watt/kg factor. Nothing else.

Example:
A 60 kilo rider got a max power output of 300 Watt.
A 80 Kilo rider got a max of 500 Watt.
Who will win? (on any terrain)

Um, no, I'm not a dwarf. :roll: I just have a small build and small bone structure. I'm 5'8" and weigh 134lbs, i weighed 114lbs before I started power lifting.

I never compared my weight to other riders, just said I could lose around 10% of my body weight and dramatically increase my power to weight ratio. I have around 15 lbs of excess upper body mass.
