Hi there-

Just installed a gorgeous set of Clavicula cranks with Praxis rings on my Time RXR VIP last week. Drive train is Campy SR 11, BB is THM with full ceramic bearings. Install went fairly smoothly (freezing the cranks did the trick in getting the axle through the bearings).

However, I'm having shifting issues -- chain drop when shifting from 53 to 39 when in the 3 largest cogs. I did the initial adjustment to no avail. Then I took it to a local LBS and that didn't work either. Next step was to another LBS, supposedly one of the major Campy retailers in the area -- no luck with that either. Finally, I took it to the most reputable high-end LBS in the state, which is about a 1.5 hour drive from my house. They're known for their well trained Campy techs -- who worked on the bike for about 30 minutes, test rode it around the block and everything seemed well. Took it out for a 50 miler this morning and it failed on my first "test shift."

Quite juked at this point as I never had this issue with the Campy SR 11 cranks. I'm hoping that a "chain catcher" is not my last option.

Any thoughts and recommendations/suggestions would be appreciated. Many thanks.
