Everytime I hear deep profile wheels the first bike I think of is that drop dead SEXY spooky skeletor with campy and ENVE wheels.......brb, gotta go change my pants.

I think the Enve 8.9s would be a good option. They have roughly cut brake track which makes braking grabby even in the wet. Additionally, they have a much wider profile than other options which enhances the predictability of the ride quality particularly in the corners. Additionally, they come with a 5 year warranty which is hard to match.
Remember that large depth doesn't always equate to good aerodynamics. If you are going to add the weight and take on a little more side wind sensitivity you might as well get something thats proven aerodynamic.
