Rebranding tires - how to do it
Moderator: robbosmans
My team next year will most likely be riding xyz brand clinchers for training. I ride tubulars mainly so will ride some other brand. Any idea how the pro teams blank out their tire branding? And what do they use to 'rebrand' them?

Most teams use a black sharpie, rebranding is often done in the factory IIRC as those are hotstamps.
If you want to see 'meh' content of me and my bike you can follow my life in pictures here!'Tape was made to wrap your GF's gifts, NOT hold a freakin tire on.'

Yeah, I'd just black them out if it matters that much.

Just use a whiteboard marker pen (non permanent) and the ink should come off with water
