Scott Foil Saddle Clamp Issues

I have a Scott Foil 20. It has the Ritchey Seat post with the saddle clamp pictured below. I bought a Selle Italia SLR Carbonio Flow saddle. The saddle rails are an oval shape and do not fit in the clamp, which i guess is made for only round saddle rails? I have seen this saddle on Foil's before so I need to know if there is anything I can do to make this work. Thanks.

It looks like the rails on your saddle are the same as my SLR Team. The 8x8.5 clamps listed for Selle Italia carbon railed saddles are not a good fit (too tight) on these newer models. The Fizik 7x9.6 version are the ones to go for.
I'm not sure when Selle Italia changed their rails but most of the online stores still list the 8x8.5 version for Selle Italia.

Selle Italia has the rails listed at 7x9.6mm on their website so that's what I ordered. Guess I will have to see how it fits when it gets here next week.
