So I swung a deal on a 7900 group knowing that the front brake had damage from a crash, the fork swung around and smacked the frame not only bending the pivot bolt but also breaking the frame. The caliper still feels smooth and it physically worked when it was on the old bike.

What options are out there for a replacement pivot? I see the shimano kit is about $60. Are there aftermarket TI options? I did a quick google and only found 7800 bolts.

should be some TI bolts available on ebay - check with Dudes who have plenty of TI bolts listed. there is a ray of hope for your caliper.
