I just bought a Felt B2 TT bike, and have to get used to rear facing dropouts. One of the things I stumbled upon was that the rear wheel wasn't alligned when I put it on. If I moved the right side a bit out it was alligned. Is that how it's suppose to be? I actually thought there were some sort of rod that you could adjust

Found one of the tensioners, and the other had been screwed all the way in.

So next question. I will be training with 23 mm clincher tires, but probably racing with 22 mm tubulars. Is there an easy way to adjust the screws so that I quickly can change wheels?

Also, how do you get the perfect alignment between the two screws? Trial and error? Or is there a secret?

On our Cervelos, I just measured from the centre of the BB to the centre of the skewer on each side to make sure I was straight. For the tire difference, maybe just memorize the number of turns to give the screws to make the tubular close. I never worried about that much detail, nor did my son who won junior nationally TT a few years ago.
