Well the seller informed me that the tires weren't included like they were pictured and wouldn't come off price any. I wasn't really budgeting to need tires with these (and wanted to keep my old wheelset around for, well just in case) and well I wasn't really budgeting for wheels right now anyway, these just caught my eye on CL. So I'll take a pass on this set, keep my eyes on classifieds, and maybe end up doing what NeilH suggested and buy the 7900s new and deal with the slow shipping from the UK.

Anyway, thanks for all your input on this, even if it was just to augment my knowledge in the end.
