So my frame is BB30 but its got Tiagra cranks and a HT2 bottom bracket

Does this mean I can unscrew the BB as normal and put a Hope one in?
Or should I get rid of the adapter (don't know how) and buy some BB30 cranks?

I want to spend about £250 on a crankset and i'd like it to be light
Was thinking Ultegra, but they aren't much lighter than what I've got

I could be wrong but it's probably got the cannondale adaptor fitted. It should be bonded in. Trying to remove it could create more problems than it fixes.
Personally I'd replace your bb with a hope stainless ( don't think the ceramic is any better) and look for an fsa or similar chainset that's ht2 compatible or a 7800 DA.
Either way should be within your budget :-)
