Heres the ferrule I used. I drilled out the thread so it will sit straight in the hole. You can just see the stepped section off the ferrule poking out through the other side.

I can see that you drilled, etc. Also that the finish is changed, but can you give more detail as to what all you did to it? Much appreciated!

Got my fibre lyte pulleys tonight!! they saved 11 grams alone! I also saved another gram off the outer cage.

After having shaved off what I wanted I sanded it smooth then primed and top coated it using normal spray paint in satin black.

Those carbon jockeys look great. I'm going to get some when my KCNC ones wear out.

Just started tuning my shifters as well.... First step was to take the clear coat off. I might try to get the btp clamps :)

How to take the clear coat off ?

Sweet, Im going to enjoy seeing what you do with your levers.

Im wanting to tune mine as well.

Im not familiar with BTP Clamps, but I'll do a search here....

there is a topic on it. I used a straight edge razor blade and pulled it backwards
