From the pics , it looks like Campagnolo finally came out with high profile carbon clincher wheels, but they went with alu brake track.

I wonder why there are valves on the wheels on. Looks like tubeless version.

yes those are 2 way fit wheels.

I would have liked to see Campy finally come out with full carbon clinchers, but I guess they prefered to go on the safer, easier side.
They are kinda late in the game , but at least Campy wheels are bulletproof and stiff.

Perhaps they took the view that carbon is not the best material for a clincher and reserved it for tubular use only where the rim has only two jobs to do.
Or they realised that deep section clinchers are used by triathletes, so alloy rims are necessary as they are too dumb to change pads every time!
You can see the nipples so the carbon is structural like the Zipp (pre Firecrest). That design is usually pretty heavy. I like their usual graphics much better. The Bullet graphics look real cheap. I wonder if this line is supposed to be a step down from the Bora line.
I bet they are still competitive and high quality.
