Put a bottle in a cage between your aero bars. An Aero bottle is good if you don't have a huge straw sticking up, but that is difficult to sort out...

it's called the "hed lollipop" and looks to be available at lots of places, this came up on google: https://www.google.com/search?q=hed+lol ... 80&bih=592

King also has a very similar bottle holder thats cheaper but only comes in the more rear ward config: http://www.cambriabike.com/King-Cage-St ... -Mount.asp

Finally, I just drill a bottle cage and use zip ties. There is a million ways to do this. I drill small holes so that the cage can be zip tied to one extension. It looks like Specialized's Rib Cages would be good for this as they have a slight recess: http://www.specialized.com/an/en/ftb/wa ... geroad-mtb
