I am about to order a Look 695 and need some sizing help.I am 175 cm having my saddle at 72,5cm a bar drop at 7-8cm.I used to have a Look 585 M and it felt good but could be a tad smaller.That ISP on 695 scares me a bit,don´t want to cut my seatpost looking too short(problem in case of reselling)and i dont want my stem pointing too much up.Will the M look ok or will a S be a killer for my body.Any advice?

Definitely a S. I'm a little bit taller (saddle 73,3 , drop 8-9 ) and if it was for me I would take a S.

M is too big I think, with the long top tube you are not going to get 7-8 cm of drop with this stem (-9° max).
