Are the cleats for Xpresso the same as iClic cleats? When was the last time that iClic cleats changed (were improved)?

AFAIK the last revision of the iClic cleat was when the iClic2 was released. 2000 miles+ one these cleats with almost no wear so it looks like the old issues have been sorted.

It will be interesting to see whether with the Xpresso, Time finally gets the "iClic" right, as there have been a number of complaints with iClics even with the iClic2. Meanwhile, I will continue to ride my RXS Carbon Ti pedals unless/until I hear favorable reports on the Xpresso.

I've had no issues with my iClic2 pedals, in fact they've been great. I can't wait to get a pair of the Xpresso Carbons though (throw the iClic2 on the winter bike) so I'll report back with impressions.

Some where, on some website, over the last 2 weeks I saw a 1600g deep (~60mm) aero raw aluminium wheelset - I think was Easton but am not sure.

The Cannondale Spiderings (it bothers me there isn't a second R in there...) are indeed forged, Praxis-style.

I'm still waiting on prices, weights, other options etc. But it'll all be up when I do get everything.

To clarify to everyone - The center/spider area of the Spidering is forged....NOT the teeth and shifting features. The teeth and shifting features are all cnc'd like their prior generation rings and virtually all other rings in the market.

The Praxis rings are Cold Forged all as one, and in One Shot. The shape, the shifting features, and all the tooth profiles. The primary reason we forge is to get the detailed and complex tooth profiles and shifting features. The added benefit of the forging is we get a harder tougher tooth for durability.
