Hi everyone, after exhaustive googling, I could not find an answer to the following:
Can I use my ultra torque cranks on my 72 mm bb shell on my mtb? I'm guessing that the cranks are made with some leeway in how much the spindles screw into one another, but is there 4mm of room? Or will I crush my bearings?
Thanks,
Liam

Campy's instruction sheet would have been the first place to look, and the answer is no.
The specs on the BB shell width are +/- 0.8mm.

There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?
One.
So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.

Cheers, that was the answer I needed, if not the answer I wanted.
And yes, I should have checked campag's website first, I guess no matter what keyword combinations I tried in google- the manufacturer should always be the first resource!
Thanks,
