I haven't same many of these one the forum yet (or anywhere else for that matter), so I thought it would be nice to show my new fork.

It is a Whisky Parts Co. No.7 1 1/8 inch road fork with a UD gloss finish. As some of you might know I have been looking for a fork to match my Renovo R1 wooden frame for quite a while now. Non of the forks from Easton, Enve or Alpha-Q were what I was looking for. Luckily for me Whisky Parts Co. recently started selling the No.7 road forks. I really like the fact that the fork has only very minimal graphics and I think the shape of the fork is very nice as well. Weight is around 360 grams uncut.

I had one that came with me eBay CAAD10 frame, and I think it's a very good quality fork. I had the matte one, which appeared to be very well finished and at a weight that's comparable with the popular aftermarket forks.

I would be interested in hearing about the stiffness of the fork and how it rides.

I have one on one of my bikes:

I think it weighed somewhere around 350g after cutting (I didn't have to cut much). I have been very happy with the quality and performance, although I have to say it does feel a bit harsher than the Ritchey WCS I have on another bike (another Tsunami which is almost identically equipped).

I have used 27mm tires with no problem.

That would match the Renovo much better than the Easton in my opinion.

Is there a choice of rake?
