Zipps vs Custom vs Aeolus 5 D3

I am after some wheels for best sunny days.
Zipp 303, Bontragers off the shelf
Custom Gigantex, CXRay, Royce hubs
They are all around 1500-1600g

Any thoughts or advice gratefully received.
