Not very familiar with the brand, but cannot argue with the scale shot. Can anyone tell me more about the company?

Sarto is a well known Italian builder, BTW. Known as the company that makes lots of frames that are then rebranded.
Road bike: Cervelo R3, Campagnolo Chorus/Record mix...
Supercommuter: Jamis Renegade...
Oldie but goodie: De Rosa Professional Slx, Campagnolo C-Record...
And you can call me Macktastik Honey Pete Kicks, thank you.

Don't know anything of javelin, but as you say Sarto well known and highly regarded. Wonder if this is the same spec as the cima coppi?

Well boys and girls, I can tell you this. Javelin Cycles' affiliate "Zero Components" used to be the North American distributor for Lightweight wheels http://www.zerocomponents.com/lightweight.html . The web page is still up, but it hasn't been updated in a while, LOL. The 800 number listed on the web page rings through to Javelin Cycles, and is the Javelin Cycles contact number http://www.javbike.com/contact-us/ . I don't even know whether the Zero Components brand still exists, beyond an out of date web site.

Given that I recognise the Cima Coppi seatstay, and other tubing appears to be round and they've used the Sarto interchangeable cablestops - I don't think there is anything unique to Javelin.
Other brands have their own moulds for tubes with Sarto (I was there 2 weeks ago) so have put a bit of their own stamp on the bikes to distinguish from standard Sarto.
Couldn't find a price for the Bolzano to compare to Cima Coppi.

They have built frames much lighter than 691g (for small riders)...
